MARTIN NICKEL
Martin started through the competitive skating ranks in Ontario as a national level ice dancer. He went on to compete at the Canadian Championships in 2009, 2010 & 2011 in the Junior and Senior Ice Dance event.
Furthering his professional expertise, Martin has 10 years of classical training in Ballet.
After his competitive career, Martin attending Guelph University and graduated with a Major in Mechanical Engineering.
After beginning his coaching career in 2007, Martin recently finished a 1 year contract with Royal Caribbean. He looks forward to continuing his coaching career with us in Richmond. With his specialty in ice dance and skating skills, we are very excited for Martin to join our full time coaching team!
